Lori Silver, Attorney

Welcome to the Law Office of Lori Silver.

Lori Silver is a probate, trustee, tax, and estate attorney and limits her practice to those areas of law. A third generation lawyer, she has practiced law for over 40 years. Lori is also a CPA and has an LL.M. in Taxation, a Master's degree for lawyers in taxation.

Probate, Trustee, & Estate 

In her estate practice, Lori offers probate, trust administration, trustee, and trust accounting services; prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorneys; and drafts and implements sophisticated techniques to protect her clients and their assets. 

Taxation Law, Tax Preparation, & Tax Problems

In Lori's tax practice, she prepares tax returns for individuals, trusts and estates, and advises clients on strategies to reduce taxes on their income and estates. She also does Offers in Compromise, and helps troubled taxpayers by advising them about their options to deal with insurmountable tax debt and IRS audits.
